Your first Lagree class is bound to leave you shaking, sweaty and exhausted (in a good way!). Then something magical happens. You feel energized and maybe the next day experience that “good sore” in muscles you never knew you had. Your next class, you’re able to ease through transitions a bit smoother. You start to recognize the funky names of the exercises. You can hold your plank for a few seconds longer. You start to move slower, making the exercises more intense. Instead of spending an hour on the treadmill (AKA DREADmill) and another hour lifting weights, Lagree fitness integrates strength and cardio training in one 50-minute class. Every class you take will be a little bit different than the last. The number one reason people quit their workout routine, is just that…it gets too ROUTINE! We keep our workout fun, fresh and are constantly coming up with a variety of new moves. We strengthen, lengthen and tone in every full body exercise. Elements of yoga and pilates and barre are combined with our strength and cardio training, so SP Members find they can downsize and focus on this 1 workout a few times a week. You get that coveted “muscle confusion” too all while saving time and money and feeling and looking better than ever. Now that’s a “routine” we can all embrace!
People workout for different reasons. We all have a variety of goals. But, one thing we all have in common is the desire to be physically fit, to increase our energy post-workout and to restore our body. We do love the anti-aging effects of Lagree! This workout on the spring-loaded Megaformer challenges our muscles to the point of optimum stimulation at a controlled pace. We all decide just how far we push ourselves. Ultimately, we strive to take every exercise to the next level – whether that means slowing down or changing springs.
