Studio Physique Wants to Make Every.Body Feel Beautiful
Studio Physique is known for it’s all-inclusive atmosphere. In a few words we would say; it’s welcoming, it’s bright, it’s friendly and it’s uplifting. It’s a fact that people feel comfortable there. Apart from offering an amazing workout, Studio Physique strives to be a safe haven that welcomes all ages, all body types and all fitness levels.
You don’t have to be in great shape to start and you don’t have to have the goal of becoming a swimsuit model to keep coming back.
Come As You Are
Come in for an early morning workout, invigorated and calm from a great night sleep. Stop by after a horrible day at work and let the instructors melt your stress away. You can even hangout after class has finished and catch up with a girlfriend over an ice cold Kombucha. But above all, come as you are. Tired. Grumpy. Happy. Sad. Energized. Quiet. You can be sure you can always be yourself at Studio Physique.
Don’t Think You Can Do Lagree? Come anyway.
Our message is pretty clear. Even if you don’t think you can do Lagree, we welcome you to come. Recovering from surgery? Limited range of motion? Haven’t workout in in 30 years? Age 70+? Just had a baby? Come in and we will show you that you can still participate.
Moving Your Body as a Form of Self-Care
Gyms can be pretty intimidating because many healthy environments are restricted to a certain type of body. That’s why Studio Physique wanted to create a space where everyone can reap the benefits of a great workout. Every person deserves to take care of their body. We want you to think of Studio Physique like an “oasis for self-care”. Hence the fun music (that changes every class, every day), the deep stretches, the slow movements, the low to no impact work we do on the Megaformer…All of these things allow every student to get exactly what they need out of every class.
In order to create an even more inviting atmosphere, instructors give guidance and motivation without yelling (like in a bootcamp scenario).
You are supported, you are welcomed and you are encouraged to come as you are.
