Our “Washboard Wednesday” class racked up the most five star votes on ClassPass. What makes this core killer so amazing?! “Washboard Wednesday” classes utilize the exclusive Lagree Fitness method on the patented Megaformer. Expect additional focus on abdominal and oblique muscle groups in these 50-minute full body sessions. “Washboard Wednesday” classes also incorporate lower body and arm exercises for total body spring-loaded, resistance training. Lagree is low impact so it protects the back and joints. Yet it remains an intense, muscle-sculpting workout.
