To help you get the body of your dreams, our studio offers three different types of classes. Our trainers wanted to take the guesswork out of which classes to take and when, so we’ve come up with the ideal workout week. Your fitness level and familiarity with working out doesn’t matter. You’re guaranteed to find a class you’ll love.
Depending on your goals, an ideal week of working out at Studio Physique will look something like this:

The back room of our studio is set up for cycling classes.
We offer “Cycle-Lagree Hybrid” classes several times per week. Indoor cycling classes at other studios can be a grueling sixty minutes long. Studio Physique Cycle-Lagree hybrid classes are shortened. You’ll only be on the bike for 25, sweat inducing minutes. After the short burst of cardio, you’ll hop off the bike and move to the Megaformer. There you’ll finish off your workout with 25 minutes of toning abdominal, oblique and upper body work.
By incorporating the resistance training on top of the high intensity cardio, your body will continue to torch fat for up to TWENTY FOUR HOURS after your workout. Count us in.
Several times per week we offer “Megamuscle” classes. These classes are just as intense, and offer a fully body workout with emphasis on the upper body. Tank top season never truly ends in Florida. Our clients love the extra shoulder, bicep and tricep work incorporated in this class.
We set it up like this on purpose. For newbies, we recommend starting with 3 classes per week and gradually working up to 5-6 classes per week. If you have any questions feel free to stop by the studio, or call us anytime!
